Apologies from us here at Dane's fantasy football. We have had some slip ups here, but none that will affect the league. So, in the interest of transparency, let me put them out there for you all.
1. You will notice PNTS3 division does NOT have a kicker. Beserkers knew that we never use kickers, and appropriately changed it. Unfortunately, he didn't coordinate with the other division commissioners before the draft happened. When I created the leagues I had no intention of having kickers. So I created PNTS1 then copied it for 2 and 3. Unfortunately, I forgot to drop the kicker slot. Since it's points only, this will not affect Grand Prix scoring. Nnobody gets an advantage or disadvantage out of this other than having the annoyance of having a kicker. You only earn points based on how well you do within your PNTS Division(kicker or not). So first place only gets you 40 overall points, whether you have 5000 points or 1000 fantasy points. Next year we will NOT have kickers ANYWHERE.
2. I wrote the Forum post about waiver wire, and thanks to Justin B (Killer Bees) I found that how I explained it, is not how it was set up. The default settings for H2H leagues are not the same for PNTS only so I went and modified all settings so they match what I described in the email.
Nothing huge here, but I wanted to forestall any confusion as we progress further into the season. I appreciate your patience, running a league for 30 people is no joke.
